  JOB REQUIREMENTS
  

  

    
• Board: Active certification through AANP/ANCC

    
• Licenses: Active TN RN License, TN NP License, TN DEA License with TN address & Prescriptive Authority

    
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required

    
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS required

    
• Experience: 2 years of recent experience preferred; new grads considered

    
• Other Qualifications: Case logs for past 2 years; Preeclampsia-Eclampsia CME required; up-to-date immunizations per facility requirements (MMR, Varicella, TB test)

  

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  

    
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including admissions, daily rounding, and discharges for medical-surgical patients.

    
• Perform history and physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.

    
• Collaborate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

    
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.

    
• Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely.
