Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Conduct patient assessments according to physician orders and company protocols
- Provide patient education on respiratory equipment, prescribed therapies, and compliance expectations
- Set up and manage advanced respiratory equipment (including ventilators, PAP therapy, oxygen systems, infant monitors, and other higher-acuity devices)
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues in the home setting
- Complete in-home follow-up visits and patient evaluations
- Communicate patient status updates and clinical findings to physicians as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
What You Need
Required
- Active Respiratory Therapist license: RRT or CRT only (RNs/LPNs and other credentials are not eligible)
- Ability to maintain state licensure/credentialing requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, Arkansas
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred
- Home healthcare experience and/or respiratory therapy experience
- DME experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
- One year of related clinical experience
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organization, time management, and equipment troubleshooting skills
