- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM), M–F with scheduled rotating weekends and occasional scheduled holidays
- Hours/week: 40 (5 days x 8 hours)
- Employment Type: Full-time (based on 5x8 schedule)
- License/Certs: CBSPD or CRCST required
- Experience: Experience required; candidates who are experienced in all areas of the department preferred

- Hourly Rate: $32.88/hour

What You’ll Do
- Perform high-level disinfection and reprocessing screening and required steps for surgical instruments and equipment
- Decontaminate items across service lines (including drills, da Vinci, and scopes)
- Assemble and prepare instruments for use (including trauma sets and loaners; peel packaging included)
- Support sterilization processes including Sterrad and steam as applicable
- Maintain HLD/scope experience to ensure appropriate high-level disinfection workflows are followed
- Ensure sterile storage readiness and proper handling of processed items
- Serve as an OR liaison and support accurate tracking using Censitrac (preferred/required based on workflow needs)
What You Need
Required
- CBSPD or CRCST
- Experience across all areas of the sterile processing department, including decontamination, assembly, sterilization, storage, and related OR support duties
- Familiarity with sterilization and/or high-level disinfection workflows (including HLD/scope experience)
- Experience using Censitrac tracking system (as indicated for the role)
Preferred
- Experience with OR liaison responsibilities
- Broad, hands-on proficiency across multiple service lines (e.g., trauma, loaners, peel packaging)
