What You’ll Do
- Assist the Physical Therapist with implementing patient care plans
- Help patients stretch and perform prescribed exercises targeting specific muscle groups
- Support treatment for individuals of all ages, from newborns to end-of-life care
- Read and follow treatment instructions provided by the Physical Therapist
- Work directly with the Physical Therapist to help modify care as needed
- Teach patients techniques such as balance training and at-home strategies
- Help keep the physical therapy area clean, organized, and ready for patient care
- Assist with patient movement (e.g., transferring from wheelchairs or walkers)
- Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and filing paperwork
What You Need
Required

- Ability to work collaboratively with a Physical Therapist to support patient care
- Strong communication skills with patients and families
