- Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating patients and carry out prescribed interventions and exercises.
- Administer modalities and use therapeutic equipment for patient rehabilitation.
- Instruct patients in exercise programs and educate patients and families on home programs for recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the Physical Therapist and healthcare team.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
