What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and diagnose orthopedic conditions using physical exams and diagnostic imaging (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT)
- Develop individualized treatment plans using surgical and non-surgical approaches
- Perform a range of orthopedic procedures (including joint replacements, fracture repairs, arthroscopy, and other interventions)
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to support safe recovery and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation specialists
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage as part of the full-time orthopedic service
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams
- Stay current with orthopedic advancements and apply evidence-based practices
