Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: Salary range listed as $120,000–$140,000 annually (final compensation determined based on experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness)

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for individuals, families, and groups
- Independently perform medical acts in accordance with APRN licensure standards
- Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and overall wellness
- Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decision-making
- Deliver clinical leadership and consultation within the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, LPNs/medical assistants, and clerical staff to optimize outcomes
- Maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment for patients and staff
- Support daily practice operations in a cost-effective manner and participate in ongoing professional development
What You Need Required
- APRN licensure (in accordance with APRN standards)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Commitment to outpatient primary care and collaborative team practice
Preferred
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting (e.g., primary care/family medicine)
- Demonstrated skills in patient education, health promotion, and disease prevention
