Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient Clinic – Hesperia, CA

What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
- Manage routine exams, chronic disease follow-up, and health maintenance
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Participate in care coordination, screenings, and preventive health services
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and facility policies
What You Need
- Valid California medical license and DEA registration
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to commit to Monday-Friday schedule and start promptly
