- Experience: 2+ years hospital clinical laboratory experience; Epic experience preferred

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $56.16/hour

What You’ll Do
- Perform clinical laboratory testing in core lab and blood bank departments
- Follow standardized procedures to ensure accurate and timely results
- Maintain quality control and quality assurance activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care
- Comply with all hospital policies and safety standards
- Utilize Epic LIS for specimen processing and data entry
- Support trauma level II laboratory services as needed
What You Need
- Valid Louisiana Medical Laboratory Technician license
- ASCP certification required
- Minimum of 2 years hospital clinical laboratory experience
- Strong technical skills in laboratory testing and analysis
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
