• Board Eligible/Certified Sports Medicine Surgeon


• Active Wisconsin license or in process


• Joining 20 other providers (Orthopedists and Podiatrists)


• 3 non-operative Orthopedic Surgeons


• 1:1 model with currently 13APPs to expand access to the department for dierct surgical cases


• Call of 1:12


• Office space available along with hospital coverage for inpatient care management


• Level II Trauma Center
