What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive evidence-based outpatient adult primary care in a clinic setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform detailed patient assessments, including histories, psychosocial evaluation, exams, and interpretation of diagnostic information
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical guidelines
- Support preventive care and wellness through patient counseling and education
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings
- Deliver care through in-person and virtual visits as needed (audio/video and audio-only)
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR and support quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
