Perm Physician – Urology – Brattleboro, VT
Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time General Urologist to join a collaborative, single-site urology practice. Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: Compensation range listed as $300,000 – $400,000 annually (based on experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness)

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, UTIs, and other common urologic disorders
- Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up
- Provide hospital and emergency room consultations in collaboration with other specialists
- Deliver coordinated care in a single-site, team-based practice with an established urologist and nurse practitioner
- Participate in a light call schedule, covering the site approximately 7 days per month
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards
What You Need
Required
- Minimum 1 year of urology experience
- Ability to commute within 1 hour of the Brattleboro, VT practice
- Not a visa applicant (visa candidates not accepted)
