What You’ll Do
- Deliver anesthesia care plans in collaboration with pediatric anesthesiologists, based on pre-operative assessments
- Perform anesthesia workflow including induction, maintenance, and emergence
- Provide specialized care for neonatal and pediatric patients and support families through perioperative processes
- Maintain clinical readiness and coordinate with OR and anesthesia teams for efficient case flow
- Apply critical thinking to adjust care plans during perioperative changes
- Participate in clinical processes supporting safe anesthesia delivery in a pediatric setting
What You Need
Required
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Graduation from an accredited, AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification
- Ohio licensure
- PALS certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina
Preferred
- 1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience
