Missing Elements, a nonprofit therapy practice, is seeking a licensed LMFT or LPC to join our team as an independent contractor, with a focus on providing in-person & virtual therapy services and accepting referrals generated through our programs. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want to build a steady caseload through referrals, work within a collaborative nonprofit environment, and maintain the flexibility of private practice. Position Overview Contract clinicians partner with our nonprofit by accepting referred clients, many of whom are connected to our VA contract and present with trauma-related needs. Clinicians are expected to provide some in-person sessions in our office setting as a core component of this role. What We Offer Consistent Referral Stream Ongoing referrals at $75 per clinical hour, based on qualifications Professional Office Space (Optional Add-On) Available for contractors actively accepting referrals (monthly fee) Use the space for both nonprofit referrals and your own private clients Administrative & Billing Support Full billing management for nonprofit-referred clients Optional insurance billing for your private clients (fee-based) Flexible Scheduling Hybrid flexibility available, though in-person availability is required Important Note This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not employment. Access to office space and administrative services is contingent upon active participation in accepting referrals from the nonprofit.
