Dates - November 14 @ 0700 - November 25 @ 0700; December 14 @ 0700 - January 1 @ 0700
Shifts per month: one shift per month, meaning one block of dates per month.
7a-7p (in-house) + 7p-7a (off-site call)
Average Number of ICU Patients Per Day: 13
Total Number of Beds: 200
Number of ICU Beds: 12
Required to Supervise other Providers: APP supervision. Oversight is minimal as nurse practitioners are able to practice independently.
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing timeline: ~30-45 days
Only ICU patients are being seen per day
Board Certified in Pulmonary Critical Care
ACLS, DEA, CSR
Active IA License
Must be able to cover the shifts listed
