Description
- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing (must be able to commit to 3 months continuously)
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: 50/50 adults/kids.1.9 patients an hour is goal but average 1.7. patients per hour. Hygienists do cleanings. 2 rooms and 2 RDA per dentist. Able to do as much surgical (endo) as possible. Focus on General Dentistry and not cosmetic dentistry. Previous FQHC experience 3 to 5 years in the recent past. Experience in complex dental procedures. Open to seeing all patients regardless of background, age, race, gender, sexual orientation. Able to work independently with little to no supervision or oversight with complex patients and procedures. Credentialing takes 30-60 days
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA license, BC, BLS, active DEA. The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). No malpractice, No board issues, No licensure issues.
