Due to continued growth, this facility is actively searching for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team! This position offers extremely competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. This position has the option of a 4 or 5 day work week, 4 weeks PTO, and 7 paid holidays. Malpractice insurance, dues, licenses paid, and CME allowance. 

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing 
• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner 
• At least 2 years experience in primary care 
• Active NY State License
