About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to provide primary care in a behavioral setting, seeking experienced clinician to provide full spectrum primary and preventative care to patients with behavioral health conditions; collaboration with experienced colleagues in neighboring health centers, one late night a week, one Saturday a month, growing practice; great team, compensation, and benefits!

The ideal candidate for this position is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in NY with at least 1 year of experience as a Provider.
