Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance: 4.5 Day clinic workweek 
• New Facility with only up to 8 patients per day- Ideal volume growth up to 16-20
• Call is secondary after nurse triage and very light- Has only been 1 Doc call in 2 years.
• Onsite NP, Dietician, LCSW, RN, multiple MAs
• Favorable Call Schedule: 
• Community-based position with a whole health collaborative mindset needed.
• Opportunity for MidLevel Oversight and research/publications
• Potential for Associate CMO or Lead Clinician title after clinic grows

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary range starting at $220k
• Sign-On Bonus $15k

Qualifications: 

• MD or DO
• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Spanish Speaker preferred but not required
• Experience in a community clinic or FQHC preferred
