What You’ll Do
- Provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safe, effective outcomes in the Emergency Room.
- Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies tailored to patients, families, and other care team members.
- Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources appropriately while partnering within the interdisciplinary team.
- Use clinical data and evidence-based knowledge to evaluate care and promote practice improvements.
- Support patient experience and professional nursing improvement through adaptable, respectful care.
- Maintain patient privacy and adjust communication and care approaches based on the patient population and needs.
What You Need
Required
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Experience: 2+ years
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) — American Heart Association
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Certification in a clinical specialty area

This role supports emergency and acute care needs in a fast-paced clinical environment. You’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team to assess, treat, educate, and continuously improve patient outcomes in the ER setting.
