Requirements:- CNA Certificate or CNA State License
- BLS certification
Responsibilities:- Assisting patients with daily living and providing nursing care.
- Performing and documenting rounds of patients receiving medical or psychiatric care.
- Reporting changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Obtaining specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Assisting other non-custody staff in providing patient care.
- Preparing documentation for patient transfers to other institutions/facilities or special appointments.
- Completing required documentation of patient care.
- Cleaning, maintaining, and checking equipment.
- Other duties assigned by Management
