Facility/Job Details:
NP/PA provides professional medical services in the Community Health Center setting
NP/PA will provide comprehensive medical services including family/adult practice services for all patients of the health center
The PA/NP will collaborate with other health care professionals and with the Medical Director in the management of patients and their coordination, referral, and follow-up care

Provider Requirements:
NP/PA
Must be Board Certified and fully licensed to practice in the state of California, with no restrictions
Minimum 3 years of experience
Current DEA certificate
Current BLS
Several years of FQHC or community health center practice experience preferred
Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto or Spanish speaking preferred
