Job Description
This position is eligible to earn a performance-based bonus under the Management Incentive Plan (MIP). The MIP currently provides a payout at a target of 20% of your base salary with a maximum payout of 30%.

Must have OR Experience. Position includes oversight of PACU, PAT, Endo, SPD, and Cath Lab

Level 4 Trauma Center. OR Functions is more like an outpatient surgery center. There are 5 ORs and 2 Shell ORs for potential expansion. (one endo suite and one being built. One cath lab at this time with on shell for expansion) Procedures are low acuity (ortho, uro, ENT, breast, general surgery)

Looking for someone who has strong physician relations experience. Most physicians are credentialed at other hospitals and we are looking to bring more of that business their way.

Position responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support for one or more patient care departments, ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients; and for planning, implementing, reviewing, and controlling the budget, staffing, and robust process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required; Masters Degree preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
Professional Certification in clinical area or management within one year of hire preferred
Experience Knowledge / Skills:
Five (5) years of progressive clinical experience; see attached Table 1 for Direction I-IV leveling
