Seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an ER + Primary Care team! Located only 45 miles out side of Houston,TX!

Specialty: ER/Primary Care

Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8:00A-5:00P

Call: 1 Day a Week & 1:7 Weekends (Inpatient)

EMR: CPSI (Hospital) & ECW (Clinic)

Average Census: 7-10 (Low Volume ER: 3,500 annual)

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience 

            Additional Call Pay

            Eligible for RVU and Inpatient Bonuses

Requirements:

• TX State License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
• Minimum 2 Years’ Experience required in primary care, urgent care, or ER

About the Position:

• M-F, 8-hr shift, some shared call
• Will work 85% outpatient with a team of 2 Family Practice physicians and 4 PA’s, and 15% in an inpatient/ER setting
• Seeing patients of all ages, averaging 22 patients/day
• Candidates MUST live in the community. Relo will be considered for the right candidate. 

Location: Located in the upper Texas Gulf Coast and is approximately halfway between Beaumont and Houston.
