What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced primary care-level services within an inpatient psychiatry unit
- Evaluate and manage patients across the age spectrum (starting at age 10 up to elderly), with mostly adults
- Deliver ongoing assessment, diagnosis support, and treatment planning consistent with scope of practice
- Coordinate care with the inpatient team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility clinical protocols for psychiatric inpatient care
- Provide patient and family education as appropriate to plan of care
What You Need
Required
- FNP-BC (board certification required)
- At least 2 years of experience allowing independent practice in Massachusetts
- CPI training required
- Ability to work Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM full-time
Preferred
- Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (preferred, if available)
