What You’ll Do
- Provide general dentistry care for both children and adults (all ages)
- Support a high-volume schedule, seeing approximately 16–18 patients per day
- Provide complete patient evaluations and appropriate treatment planning within a general dentistry practice setting
- Maintain timely documentation with chart closure within 72 hours
- Manage patient flow for both 50/50 kids/adults visits
- Work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
What You Need
Required
- Active DEA needed before starting
- Ability to commit to at least 3 months (no exceptions)
- Willingness to work Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Ability to provide care for all ages
- Credentialing readiness, including required immunizations prior to start date:
- Flu vaccine
- TB status / x-ray results within 90 days prior to start date
- Positive MMR titer or complete immunization series
- Positive Hep B titer or complete immunization series
- Positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete immunization series
- Tdap within the last 10 years
Preferred
- Prior locums or high-volume general dentistry experience (ability to see 16–18 patients/day)

This is a full-time general dentistry opportunity at a leading facility in Eureka, CA with a balanced pediatric/adult patient mix and a structured Monday–Friday schedule. The role includes timely chart completion expectations and requires providers to be ready for credentialing, including immunization documentation before the start date.
