What You’ll Do
- Provide RN coverage across Med-Surg and ER based on unit needs
- Deliver safe patient care for a variety of clinical presentations in both settings
- Support medication administration, including IV medications
- Coordinate with the care team to maintain smooth workflow and continuity of care
- Contribute to a team-based environment and communicate effectively with staff
- Manage responsibilities confidently in a fast-paced facility setting
What You Need
Required
- RN license: Kansas license or multistate license
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA only)
- Experience: Must have experience in both ER and Med-Surg
- Skills: Proficiency with IV medications
- Personal: Team player with strong collaboration
Preferred
- Some CAH (Critical Access Hospital) experience
