This position focuses exclusively on inpatient neurosurgical patient management with no operating room responsibilities and a highly supportive resident-based team structure.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily inpatient neurosurgery rounds
• Patient evaluations and follow-up care
• Order management and documentation
• Discharge planning and coordination
• Post-operative patient management
• Drain management preferred (Hemovac/JP)

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Minimum 1 year Neurosurgery experience
• Active Massachusetts license required
• Epic experience required

Working Hours

• 3x13-hour shifts weekly
• 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• No call
• No nights
• No holidays
