What You’ll Do
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery
- Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift
- Deliver patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) setting
- Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes in status
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plan standards
