This Physical Therapist position is based in a modern outpatient clinic in Clackamas, Oregon, a vibrant suburban community just outside Portland. Clackamas offers a blend of city convenience and Pacific Northwest charm, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment as well as abundant outdoor recreation along the Clackamas River and in the nearby Cascade foothills. The clinic is part of a nationally recognized outpatient rehabilitation organization known for its strong focus on musculoskeletal care, award-winning outcomes, and patient-centered culture. As a Physical Therapist here, you will practice in a state-of-the-art environment with modern equipment, updated treatment spaces, and access to innovative tools, including tele-physical therapy options that support continuity of care and flexible patient engagement.
In this role, you will independently evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload, including orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. A typical day includes conducting initial assessments, developing and progressing individualized plans of care, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and collaborating with referring providers and the broader care team to optimize outcomes. Patient volumes and schedules are structured to allow for both high-quality care and efficient workflow, with a focus on evidence-based practice and measurable functional improvement.
You will work within an interdisciplinary, supportive team environment that encourages collaboration, ongoing professional development, and clinical mentorship.
