Summary

Our Milieu Therapists work a Tuesday – Saturday schedule. (With Saturday being an optional remote work day for notes, as long as sessions are complete) They are assigned to a group(s) of clients. The Milieu works directly under a Primary therapist. They work together to ensure clients’ personal growth
and success. Our therapists facilitate group and individual sessions each week, as well as join our clients during weekly equine therapy and adventure activities.

Primary Therapist works a Monday-Friday schedule. Monday- Wednesday are field days, Thursday and Fridays are remote, completing family calls, EC calls, or notes. Reports to Executive Director and/or Clinical Director; ensures that mental health treatment
services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment;
provides individual and group counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more
effective personal, social, and educational development and adjustment.

Skills

- Master’s degree in one of the following or related fields:
Social Work; Mental Health Counseling;
Psychology, Psychiatry, Marriage & Family Counseling

- Currently licensed to work as a therapist OR working toward licensure
