Description
We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to provide ongoing locum tenens coverage in Illinois. This opportunity is designed to help address a significant outpatient imaging backlog while supporting coverage across two hospital locations.
Overview:
- Onsite coverage across two facilities
- Approximately 20 shifts per month
- Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- No call required
Responsibilities
- Cases: CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, Flouroscopy
- Provide timely interpretations for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department imaging
- Communicate significant findings with ordering providers
- Maintain accurate documentation within the radiology reporting system
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active Illinois license required at time of submission
- DEA and CSR required
- ACLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
