Permanent Primary Care NP position in SNFs & Assisted Living position in MA
Job Details - Certified as an NP - interested in post-acute care or geriatric patients
- Joining a privately-owned group that goes into SNFs and Assisted Living facilities to treat patients
- Going between 1-2 facilities a day
- Flexible, create your own work schedule - half the day working onsite & half the day charting/admin time (which can be done at home), as long as you see the patient load, the schedule can be created however you like it
- Average seeing 14 patients a day - if you see more = more productivity bonus
- All locations are within North County, MA
- Base salary starting for a new grad NP is 115K with bonus, and for an experienced NP is 125K with bonus and full benefits package
