Coastal Maine hospital has a brand new Hospitalist opportunity designed for providers seeking exceptional work-life balance without sacrificing income. No procedures and no ICU in a low-volume Critical Access with an apartment for your use while on shifts. They are seeking an August start. The schedule offers a highly desirable 1 week on / 3 weeks off model, with 24-hour shifts during your working week, allowing for extended time off each month to travel, recharge, or pursue personal interests.$150K Base Salary (DOE) + Bonuses. $25K Sign on Bonus!. Employed Position with Comprehensive Benefits and Retirement. Low patient census . 1 Week on / 3 weeks off - 24 Hour Shifts. No ICU. Apartment on-site for provider. Loan forgiveness available. 25-bed Acute Care hospital.
