• Provide inpatient hospitalist care for assigned patients

    
• Round on patients daily, managing 6-10 patients per shift

    
• Perform admissions, discharges, and coordinate care plans

    
• Collaborate with on-site PA/NPs and support staff

    
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and order entry
