- Licenses: WI license or IMLC
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Fellowship: Required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide gastroenterology clinic and scheduled procedure coverage in an inpatient/outpatient setting
- Perform upper and lower GI endoscopies, colonoscopies with biopsy and polypectomy, sigmoidoscopies, and esophageal dilatation/manometry
- Manage inpatient consults for a census averaging 28-30 patients plus 3-4 ICU/IMCU patients
- Collaborate with a skilled endoscopy team in three new endo suites, with anesthesia available for conscious sedation on select days
- Participate in a week-on/week-off rotation; no ERCP or EUS required (not performed at facility)
