Clean malpractice history. Must be Board Certified and CA licensed, CA Fluoroscopy license. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID.

Medical Staff privileges require a certain number of cases over the past two years.

CORE
The Privileges are considered Core for physicians with appropriate subspecialty training. This includes treatment of all illnesses within the subspecialty.

#Cases needed
Admission of patients, performing history and physical examination, management of patients within the broad field of Internal Medicine. Interpretation of non-invasive, diagnostic cardiac and peripheral vascular testing, Cardioversion,Temporary Intravenous device placement ( pacemaker, Swan Ganz, etc. ), Arterial line placement
Required experience for Initial Privileging - Documentation of the performance of at least 100 cardiology procedures during the past two years

Call response time: 30 min for STEMI
Call Ratio: Ideally 7-14 days per month
Phone consults:3-9 per day
Patients Seen: 1-5 per day
