Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $104.76 - $113.40
This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: To be determined
- Total census per provider per shift: 10-12 patients
- Procedures required:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Support: To be determined
- Certifications and license required: Active Wisconsin Medical License, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), ATLS Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 Days
