- Minimal call schedule shared among providers statewide
- RN call center handles calls, only urgent cases reach physician
- See 10 - 12 patients daily in senior primary care
- Value-based care experience preferred
- eClinicalWorks and HEDIS experience valued
- Board-certified or board-eligible required
- DEA license required
