This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: June Dates: 23, 24, 26, 30 July Dates: 1, 9, 15, 16, 20-24, 28, 29, 31 Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:00pm Fridays 7:30am -2:00pm · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: All Child and Adolescent patients. Procedures needed: exams, stainless steel crowns, simple extractions, composite fillings, pulpotomies. · Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days · Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Active Medicaid and use of Curve Hero Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
