Family Medicine Physician-Largo

Pay Rate: $230000.00 - $300000.00
Outpatient Primary Care clinic just 25 miles from Tampa offering an excellent work-life balance within a true value-based care model. Why this opportunity stands out: - $230K–$260K base + up to 20% bonus(up to 300k potential)
- Mon–Fri, 8–5 (no nights or weekends)
- 15–18 patients per day
- Small patient panel (~537) — more time per patient
- Focus on senior population & quality outcomes
- Minimal call

Facility Location
A beautiful 150 acre Botanical Garden represents Florida’s extensive native and tropical plants and has amazed all those who go visit the garden.
