This role involves inpatient rounding, surgical consults, and emergency room call coverage within a trauma facility. The incoming physician will handle a variety of complex cases, contributing to critical patient care needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Inpatient rounding
• Surgical consults
• Emergency Room call coverage
• Work within a trauma facility
• Perform Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)
• Perform Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS)
• Perform Thoracotomies
• Perform Lobectomies
• Perform Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Repairs
• Perform Arterial Bypasses
• Perform Aortic Valve Replacements

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery required
• Experience with Epic EMR system
