Medix has partnered with an established primary care group to recruit a Family Medicine Physician. This outpatient role features a highly organized 5-day workflow providing primary care services to patients across different age groups. Essential Responsibilities:
• Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Providing primary care services and administering treatments/medications as prescribed.
• Monitoring patients' progress and updating medical records accordingly.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Managing a steady and manageable daily caseload averaging 15 to 20 patients.
