Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent with current CALIFORNIA CNA certificate required.
- BLS AHA certification is required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with residents, staff, and the general public.
- Basic computer skills required.
- MUST HAVE SKILLED EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years of experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Helps patients or clients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Provides direct and indirect resident care under the direction of RN or LVN.
- Assists residents with daily living and activities.
- Provides personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for facility residents.
