What You’ll Do
- Supervise an interdisciplinary inpatient rehabilitation team (including 3–4 APPs)
- Lead and participate in team conferences for inpatient rehab patients
- Provide clinical care for patients in an inpatient rehab hospital setting
- Support a majority of patients with neurologic diagnoses (e.g., stroke, TBI)
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation consultation services (robust consultation volume)
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support patient goals and outcomes
- Ensure high-quality, collaborative care across the inpatient rehab unit

The role provides inpatient-focused clinical leadership for a rehab unit (with a maximum census of 33) serving patients primarily with neurologic conditions such as stroke and TBI, alongside a robust consultation service. The schedule is Monday–Friday 0700–1530, with no outpatient responsibilities.
