Medix is seeking an independent, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner to join a rapidly growing telehealth organization. Following a brief initial training period on-site in Houston, this role transitions to a fully remote telehealth schedule managing consultations, eligibility screenings, and customized clinical treatment protocols. Essential Responsibilities:
• Conducting virtual patient consultations and comprehensive health assessments.
• Reviewing medical records, diagnostic reports, and supporting clinical documentation to determine patient eligibility for treatment programs based on established guidelines.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Educating patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and follow-up care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system, managing an average patient volume of 3 patients per hour (20-minute slots).
