Medix has partnered with an innovative digital healthcare platform to find a virtual Physician specializing in obesity and cardiometabolic conditions. In this role, you will provide comprehensive remote care for patients tracking conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and clinical obesity. Essential Responsibilities:
• Conducting virtual initial and follow-up patient visits via a digital care platform.
• Reviewing labs, metabolic diagnostics, and clinical data to formulate treatment plans.
• Prescribing and adjusting appropriate metabolic therapies and anti-obesity pharmacotherapy.
• Collaborating with a remote multidisciplinary team to monitor patient compliance and program outcomes.
