Medix is recruiting for a high-volume virtual care platform. Selected providers must be completely comfortable managing an array of digital visit types including live chat, video consultations, asynchronous care, and text-based clinical workflows focusing on urgent care and lifestyle medicine conditions. Essential Responsibilities:
• Managing a fast-paced telehealth flow with a target metric of 12 patient touches per hour.
• Diagnosing and treating 34+ routine urgent care, lifestyle, and primary care conditions virtually.
• Responding efficiently to patient text inquiries, providing clear answers to simple and complex medical questions.
