What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient family practice care to children and adults (all ages)
- Support a clinic workflow that may vary as needs change day to day
- Practice in a clinic setting with coordination across brick-and-mortar and other clinic models (as scheduled)
- Manage patient care using EPIC for documentation/charting
- Serve as the physician able to supervise midlevel providers
- Deliver care in accordance with clinic expectations for an outpatient environment
What You Need
Required
- MD (Physician – MD)
- California state license (in-hand)
- DEA required
- BLS required
- 2+ years of work experience
- Comfort treating kids and adults (all ages)
Preferred
- Board certification (board certification preferred; BC not required and BE accepted)
About the Assignment
This is an outpatient Family Practice Physician opportunity in Gilroy, CA at a leading clinic environment. The provider will primarily work in brick-and-mortar clinic settings, with the possibility of splitting time across clinic models as scheduling needs change. No call is required, and the role is designed for clinicians who can supervise midlevel providers while caring for patients of all ages.
Orientation: Full week, Monday–Friday (providers must be able to attend all orientation days).
Credentialing timeframe: 30 days or less.
