What You’ll Do

  • Perform diagnostic hearing tests, including pure tone air and bone conduction testing, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for patients from birth to seniors.

  • Interpret test results and provide recommendations to support care for patients and physicians.

  • Recommend appropriate next steps, including potential medical follow-up, hearing aids, and ear protection.

  • Conduct hearing aid evaluations to determine appropriate amplification and fit hearing aids, providing patient instruction on operation and maintenance.

  • Provide routine hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting for devices purchased through the office.




What You Need
Required

  • Active Washington state license

  • Current BLS Certification

  • Completion of a masters or doctorate degree program in Audiology that includes clinic practicum experience

    • (For master’s degree holders, this includes Certificate of Clinic Competency in Audiology (AuD) from a board-approved institution)




Preferred

  • License and training alignment as described above (Washington licensure and Audiology program with clinic practicum)




About the Assignment

You’ll join a full-time, clinic-based team as an Audiologist at a leading facility in Yakima, WA, providing diagnostic hearing testing and hearing aid evaluations and follow-up for patients ranging from infants to seniors. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with the opportunity to discuss schedule modifications if needed.
